We measure our wire crimps using a crimp height micrometer to make sure our tooling is within spec for complete reliability, a step often overlooked by others! We've built up and extensive rand of terminal specific crimp dies,crimp applicators and machinery by Komax, TE, Mecal, Rennsteig, DMC and other reputable brands.
We use premium motorsport-grade materials, such as TE/Raychem Spec 44, Spec 55, M22759/32 and M22759/16 wire, DR-25 heatshrink or TechFlex Insultherm high-temperature fibreglass braid covering.
