EP Wiring Technical Information

DBW Throttle Body (e-throttle) Wiring Sub Harness to connect your ECU to your Bosch 44mm / 54mm / 60mm / 68mm / 74mm / 82mm Electronic Throttle Body.

ECU pins and DTM socket terminals (5V+ and Sensor Ground) on one end and the DBW Throttle Body connector on the other.

TE Spec 44 20 AWG wire rated to 150 degrees C - Motorsport grade wire, dual layer insulation
Covered with TechFlex Insultherm
Superseal 1.0 terminals crimped with Mecal/TE Press and Mecal Applicator (£6000+ factory equipment)
Throttle Body terminals crimped with production quality Rennsteig PEW 12 frame and die set (£430+ tool)
You will need to connect to sensor supply (5V+) and sensor ground wires. These will be terminated to DTM/DT pins/sockets with a 2 way Amphenol ATM pigtail connector kit will be supplied. Put a note in the order comments or contact me for requirements.

- Superseal 1.0 (Link, Haltech, Motec, Emtron, Syvecs, DTA, ECU Master PRO)
- SICMA 1.5 terminals (ECUMaster EMU BLACK)
- None - Unterminated wire - leave an order note with instructions.
Harness length of 1.2m. Custom lengths available on request. Perfectly suited for RHD EP82/EP91 Starlet's with ECU mounted in standard location.
