EP Wiring Technical Information

GT86 / BRZ Pedal Wiring Sub Harness to connect your ECU to your GT86/BRZ E-Throttle pedal. ECU pins on one side and the GT86/BRZ pedal connector on the other.

TE Spec 44 20 AWG wire rated to 150 degrees C - Motorsport grade wire, dual layer insulation
Covered with TechFlex Insultherm or DR-25 heat shrink
Superseal 1.0 terminals crimped with Mecal/TE Press and Mecal Applicator (£6000+ factory equipment)
Sumitomo TS 025 terminals crimped with production quality Rennsteig PEW 12 frame and die set (£430+ tool)
Sensor supply (5V+) and sensor ground wires will be terminated to a 2-Way DTM/ATM socket plug. Put a note in the order comments or contact me for CUSTOM requirements.
ECU pins available - Superseal 1.0 (Link, Haltech, Motec, Emtron, Syvecs, DTA, ECU Master PRO) / None - Unterminated wire - leave an order note with instructions.
Wire length of 1.6m - suitable for most road cars which have ECU behind glovebox. This includes EP91/EP82 Starlets ECU mounted in standard location. Custom lengths available on request just ask when you order.
