EP Wiring is currently a two-person operation making wiring harnesses and custom parts to support standalone ECU installs on the EP82 and EP91 chassis.
Our aim is to create bespoke harnesses (looms) for Toyota Starlets that plug straight in, making fitting a standalone ECU something anyone can do, whatever their skillset.

Want to save money compared to a custom wiring build? We don’t charge you for planning, as we’ve already figured most things out. Our harnesses are also modular; you can change things if you ever need to! Quality is at the forefront of our minds when building wiring harnesses. We take every step to ensure each crimp is within spec for complete reliability, a step often overlooked by others.
Your wiring will be built using premium motorsport-grade materials, such as TE/Raychem Spec 44 wire, DR-25 heatshrink, or TechFlex high-temperature fibreglass braid covering.
For triggering, you can use the stock 4E-FTE distributor/cam sensor, engine temp, intake air temp, choice of injector plugs (stock, EV14/USCAR or Bosch JPT; others are available on request), variable TPS connector, K20 coil pack connectors, tacho signal to dash (requires tacho modification or signal booster), engine management light integration, etc.
Custom add-ons are available for an additional cost (usually £35-80 each), such as:
- Fuel pressure
- Oil pressure
- Fuel/Oil temperature
- Wheel speed sensors
- Flex fuel sensor
- Drive-by-wire (We make all the parts for the conversion)
We have an off the shelf EP91 harnesses available to purchase. However if these are not suitable and you are interested in getting a custom harness made, please get in touch for a quote.
